It's Christmas Eve tomorrow.... can you beleive it! the year is coming to an end! its going to be 2006 soon!!!

My week has not been very eventful... maybe the next couple of days will be though...considering all the festivities!!! woohoo presents...lol... but it seriously doesnt feel like Christmas.... I wish i was celebrating it in the Philippines...man they know how to throw a party! plus you can get your hands on every fireworks known to mankind.....its a pitty its illegal here in Australia! no love!

On Tuesday Tim and I went into Blacktown to pick up some laybuys....Tim got his one easily....but trust i had issues with mine!!!! booo! I put a cube shelf thing on laybuy.... and it never got out of the warehouse to the store!!!! so now they are trying to track one down for me!!! so lets hope they find one aye..... I was really looking forward to it...considering im in the middle of redecorating my room!...yes my room is still in progress mode!

On Wednesday and Thursday i just had work!!!! Man Thursday night was a killer i finished at midnight!!!! woohoo! but the shopping centre was chockers!!! everyone was on procrastination mode in terms of their Christmas presents!!!! Mara and Jr came into work...they were trying to scare me...but it didnt work because i saw the lil' bastards! but i did have a dinner break and had dinner with them and my work mate.. But f*ck man, when i got home i was sssooo00 buggered! but i couldnt sleep....i got home at 12.30 and ended up sleeping at 3.00am.....

Im looking forward to tonight though! Im going to meet up with the girls for our yearly Christmas dinner shindigs.... so it shall be good. Major camera whorage! but i have to leave a tad early coz i need to go to the Antioch Christmas party... it will be the last time i will see Father John and Father Greg.... *sniff*

Blackalicious Concert, Aries' Graduation, Jaqui's 21st Birthday

The Blackalicious concert was the shit!!! are they good or what..... I have never ever seen anyone freestyle with so much ease.... They rocked the house down! The crowd was cool....i didnt encounter any arseholes, like previous concerts I have been too...
They did Alphabet Aerobics and it went off!!!! I am in awe........so i just have to add the lyrics, its the most creative and unique songs i have ever heard and hearing it live was a bonus!

But prior to the concert Tim and I watched King Kong and had dinner.... The movie was great but i was disturbed at the fact there was subconcious elements of bestiality.... especially when Kong was skating on ice... with Anne in his palm... they were laughing joyously, but there was an underlying sexual undertone..... not good.... gross actually....
But the bugs in the movie will forever bring me nightmares..... i hate spiders, cockroaches, anything bug like.... and the scenes from that movie validate my disdain of them.....eeewww!!!!
Tim and i hung around after the movie, we ate at Starbar...cheap $5 steak (Lansdowne is better), we waited in McDonalds for Mara and Jr to come..... man their was this hobo that sat next to us....his stench was really repulsive..... it was potent piss fumes.... very unbearable.....so Tim and i moved tables......damn just thinking about the smell makes me want to vomit....

Who would of thought 5 year olds graduate pre-school..... well there is one... Aries...

I went to my neice's graduation, about 55 kids graduated that day.... it was soo cute, they were all dressed up in their little togas... they received their little diplomas and sang some Hi5 songs and Christmas carols.....it was sssssoooo000 cute!!!! There was this one little boy on stage singing his heart out and doing the Hi5 actions with so much excitement, it made my heart melt.

Santa came and gave out gifts....one boy got s00 scared ...as soon as he saw Santa he stood up and ran off the stage crying to his dad...it was pretty funny.....

At night Tim, Mara and I attended my friends 21st birthday, we all got dressed up....yay.... The dress code was formal, but you had to wear baby pink or blue colours... Mara had a heart attack because she had nothing to wear...so we spent the whole afternoon at the shopping centre looking for clothes to buy..... in the end she didnt purchase anything.....

I finally saw Jacky, i scooted down to her place and we had a Macca's run.... we just chatted and caught up... its been a while since we saw each other.... she passed all her Uni subjects which was great.... which reminds me....i need to pay my uni fees to get my resluts....fingers crossed that i passed everything!!

Day Off

Well today is my day off work and I am looking forward to it indeed!!!! Man I couldnt sleep last night .....maybe because I was thinking of tonights concert.....wait for it........ BLACKALICIOUS @ THE METRO ...... its been a one month wait till this night....so it should be jolly good fun.... Im meeting up with Tim later.... First we are going to watch King Kong and have dinner.....and along the way we are going to meet up with Jr and Mara...... im not really sure if Reyan is coming....

But before I leave the house I need to wash the car....poor bugger...looks a tad bit dirty... i always neglect it...... so love is one the way via soap suds....

OMIGOSH ....... The Virgin Suicides was on last night on SBS....was I excited or was I excited....one of my all time favourite movies.... Sofia Coppola did good on that one! I think SBS is doing a 'American arthouse summer special' and I am very excited.... i have a soft spot for arthouse films..... can you tell??? SBS will satisfy my arthouse addiction....yay!

M week was not very eventful, i just basically had work up until now...... But I did go out with Jason on Tuesday... it was one of our very random "what are you doing today" outtings...
But its sole purpose was to do some Christmas shopping....first we went to Blacktown, i had to get some things for my sister, she circled some stuff from the catalogue and i had to do some errands for her...man what will she do without me.....lol....
Jason had the munchies..... so he took me to Roni's a pizza joint off Main St..... I never knew that place existed... but as Jason neatly states "its one of Blacktown's burried treasures.... that you just walk past thinking its just another random building" But they had really good pizza! its a pitty that it was absolutely hot in the diner!

We then shipped off to Parra... all we did is walk around in circles.... I was craving Halo Halo and Jason was craving EasyWay.... so we both purchased some and sat down on the couches trivialising who was in high school and who wasnt.....

But I did buy a present for my sister and Tim.Unfortunately I had to go back to Blacktown because i had a night shift...boo! I was not up for it....but who is up for work??? Wouldnt it be great if I won lotto! damn I wish...

Speaking of Lotto.... i think on New Years Eve they are going to do a $32 Million draw.....pretty cool..... so imma purchase a $8 ticket.....

Lazy Days!

Lately I have been getting the midnight shifts, that I am not really keen on....as you would...no one likes grave yard shifts! but I guess thats what goes down in retail in the lead up to Christmas! It will be a busy week for me up until Thursday...yay dayoff!!! and double yay because I am going to the Blackalicious concert at The Metro!!! i really cant wait!

I once again went to Tim's house...chill chill chill!!! I had work too 8.00pm - 12am.... WHAT THE??? 4 hour shift... I was so pumped to chuck a sickie..but opted not to because of the $$$$$$ bills to pay and a trip to save up for!!!!
Plus I needed to put something on Layby for his parents..... but the good thing was the shift went pretty fast..which was excellent because i really wanted to go home and sleep..... considering i had a 5pm to 12am shift the day before! boo! Man it was really scary going through the car park..... ghost town and a half!!!

I slept over Tims house..... he received his broadband modem, but he was having issues installing it.... not a happy camper!!! so it looks like the reps from the company are going over to his joint to fix the problem...poor bugger he was so excited to get it...but then all these stuff ups were occuring..... no love!
We had dinner at our beloved Pho! we ordered salted fried king prawns and pork chops... it was so good...just thinking about it is making me hungry as ever! We watched the MTV Europe Music Awards...the host was funny... Borat.... hahahaha.... but i got sooo very excited when Gael Garcia Bernal presented an award... damn he is mighty fine!!! (sorry Tim)
Kasey went to her friend's birthday shindig and slept over Sofia's house, man high school parties were soo fun back in the day....one love.... I remember this one party I went to and all these people gatecrashed and they ripped out the celebrants mail box and trashed her garden....hard core...the cops came and all... oh the memories! hahaha

The next day was even more lazier....we picked up Kasey from Sofia's house and went to the video store to get some DVDs....we borrowed The Motorcycle Diaries and Fantastic 4....
and I bought The Life Aquatic of Steve Zissou....cant wait to watch that one ...i loves that movie!!
But The Motorcycle Diaries is brilliant...maybe because Gael Garcia is in it (shit i sound so obssessed!) but it gives you an insight in terms of Che Guevera's thoughts and ideals, they portrayed him as a very charismatic and humane individual who saw the injustices that was occurring in South America.... the cinematography of the film was excellent too!.... and now I am inspired to learn more about Che and his ideals....

Tim borrowed that game The Warriors...pretty violent...the bumhole only let me play one game!!! it was fun...but i was getting a bit mentally repulsed from the violence....
We ate dinner again at Pho with his parents and sister ... I didnt have a big meal because i was full.... all I seem to do at his house is eat eat and eat.... I was suppose to get home at 8pm...in other words...filo time 11pm.... Kasey and I stayed in Tim's room (while he played vidoe games)and chatted and did some quizes from her magazine.... Dolly quizes are always jolly good fun....it reminds me of my youthful years in high school!!!

I also had a few death experiences....Tim decided to suffocate me with his beefy chest...it was pretty funny, smothering me and all...well not really.... he also pulled out the wrestling moves and gave me arm locks and leg locks...which I couldnt get out of...and in one attempt to free myself I smashed my knee on the door ....bloody painfull! but it was funny... I like to think I am stronger than Tim, when in actual fact I am not....

I am obssessed...well not really....It's not like I stalk this person..... but it is Gael Garcia Bernal..... a Mexican actor (he is really good!)....

After watching the arthouse films (Amorres Perros and Y Tu Mama Tambien) that Tim and I borrowed....I am infatuated (sorry Tim)

I think he is going out with Natalie Portman, Tim won't be impressed because he is in love with her!

30/11/2005: Chilling out with Anna

Anna and I went out on Wednesday. We decided to go to Blacktown again. We went op-shopping for a bit too, I bought Anna a $2 vest and it looks really cool on her!!! And I bought a $5 granny/ pirate blouse….oh me oh my….Im a sucker for granny style clothes!!! Tim hates it with a passion…hehehehehe….but I was going to buy a pair of cool boots, but they were too ‘cobwoy’ for my liking and im not really keen on cowboy boots….. but if they were retro 80s a la ‘Christiane F’ I would gone for gold! We also saw Ruben and said hello….i spoke to Jaxx on his phone…..

It was cool chilling out with Anna. I got her to come to Target again…. I put a cube shelf on laybuy and bought a side table…. but I wasn’t sure if it was the right one……and I was right, I bought the wrong style…so I need to exchange it!

Anna and I are planning to do a one day makeup course at Napolean Perdis, we came to the conclusion that were shit at putting makeup on and we need to seek professional help…so that may be on the cards…

Mike met up with us at Starbucks…. I ordered a Strawberry and Cream Frappe…. Man it was good…. Better than New Zealand Ice-cream Strawbery shakes…yummmyyyyy!
There was a hot guy working there too (soorrrryy Tim!), Anna and I were like DAMN!!!

01/12/2005: Green P

IT’S THE DAY MONTH OF SUMMER!!!!!! And Christmas is near too! Surprise surprise it was actually hot today!!!!!!!
Tim went for his green P’s and he passed…..yay 15/15….what a smart boy!!! he was scared that he would not pass…..but luckily he did…. I just realized it is quite expensive to get them….booking fees and for the actual license…… but he was excited to get a new photo….lol…..

We went back to his house and watched Y Tu Mama Tambien. It was a good movie…I liked it anyway…and had a late lunch. .Kasey came home with Sofia…man I haven’t seen that girl for close to 2 years….she is all grown up, as filo parents would say “dalaga na” ( I think that’s how you spell it).

My, sister mum and I went late night shopping at Mounty County. I got a credit note for the side table I bought, so I need to go back to Blacktown to buy the right one….I was pissed because they didn’t have it at Mounty County! So I think I may have to drag Tim there tomorrow….. he wont be too impressed!
Later we met up with my dad and ate the little fish and chips shop…

02/12/2005: April's Shindig

Aprils shindig!!!!!! boo! she is going or should I say ...she has gone to Asia ....*sniff sniff* Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and I think Cambodia???
But she had a little gathering at her house, it was a going away/ christmas party..... I started camera whoring with Anna, we all got too snap happy!!!! one love!

I drove all the way to Campsie....and I was freaking out on the M4 as usual! bad experience on that motorway!!!! plus it was raining hard core and I was driving slow as...hehehehe..all good....I would rather be safe than sorry...but I think the other motorists would of debated me on that..... *ROOOAAADDD RRRAAGGGEEEEEE!!!!!!!*

My sister and I went to Simone's birthday dinner at Pink Peppercorn on Oxford St. It was a Laotian restaurant......it was reallllyyy ggoooodddd food!!!! BUT VERYY POOORRR SERVICE!!I found that the food was similar to Thai dishes but even more tastier.... We had 3 bottles of wine, lamb, salmon, salad, curry (that i didnt eat, coz i hate curry!) and chilli prawns!!!! mmmm yummo! We were running late on Filo time......1 hour late!!!! but we werent the only ones......Tiff and Arianne..... So Sim and Anna were waiting patiently at the restaurant for all the girls to come.

o5/12/05: Bondi Beach

I went to the beach with Tim today...yay for Bondi.....The weather at first was quite shitty! very cloudy...but in a blink on an eye the sun came out.... we took happy snaps once again....but its on Tim's phone so i'll post it later.... Man there was seaweed everywhere! it was pretty gross...plus you would of ended up drowning in that shit! We spoke about long distance relationships, and whether they work..... Im an idealist and i think it works ...while Tim is a realist and he reckons it doesnt! I guess its true...that it doesnt work... Im just the lil' optimist.... I guess im in denial!!!!

But after the beach we went back into the city...we went into David Jones.... I was looking for concealer because i look as if i got in a bar fight! we found one product Bobbi Brown ....so I think Im going to buy that later

06/12/05: Harry Potter and Christmas trees

We saw Harry Potter today at Blacktown, I liked it...but it was very dark....me being the pussy I am was getting scared! I was thinking ....If little kids watch it...they may get nightmares with some of the stuff that goes on in it!Our favourite trippy mirrors and floor at hoyts!

Tim and i just walked around Blacktown and had lunch, after the movie we went back to his house and watched Tha Matrix Reloaded...man i like the fight scenes in that movie and Monica Belluci is hot! Man I has really nice cookies and cream ice-cream at Tim's house.... far out it was good as!

We put up the Christmas tree, with the help of Jr...hahahah... he was getting his jollies hard! but i have to say the tree does look shhhnazzzy....

I hung out with Jason today, it was pretty spontaneous.... I recieved a call out of the blue, askin if I could spare an hour..... I had work at 3pm, so Jason picked me up and we drove to Blacktown... He is working at Inter-Continental Hotel in the city, he needed to buy a white long sleeved shirt and black trousers for work.... so that was our excursion today..hahaha
Man he is a funny bloke I can count on him for a good chuckle!!! goofy mofo!!! lol! I can also count on him for flash back music. .....especially when were in his car.......you gotta love the 80s tunes!!! Jason is an connoisseur when it comes to that...... who needs 101.7 FM when you have JASON!!!!! lol!!!

I dragged his arse to Target so we, or should I say, so I could look at homewares stuff..... I filled him in on my endeavour to redecorate my room....so we looked at lamp shades and shelfs.....
I did find something I liked...but im scared that its not going to match my furniture in my room.... Maybe I'll get a second opinion on it when I see Anna tomorrow!

We bumped into Lorabel and Lucky....naughty girl jigging school yet again.... so we sat and chatted with them about their up and coming formal and Lorabel's issues with finding shoes for her dress....
