I have always had a girl crush on Shannyn. It all started when I watched 40 Days and
40 Nights when I was 18. The radiant smile and natural beauty is what I find quite striking.
I have also always been a fan of her style, it's different to the norm and every outfit she wears
always looks so damn good.

Don't undercut me

Photobucket

There is something dirty about undercuts, yet I am still fascinated by them.
They look better on boys though a la Ash.

Chanel No.5 advertisement with Audrey Tautou

I think I am probably the last person to watch this, but whatever.
It is such a wonderful advertisement, a short film.
Youtube doesn't give the cinematography any justice. The colours are
blurry, washed out. So you must check out the Chanel website to watch it in it's
glory. Click here to see it properly.

Audrey, so French, so chic.... so beautiful.

Wonderful Electric

Photobucket

There is something sexy about a backless dress. Of course, minus the back acne.
I don't know why I like this photograph so much... the dress? a bit voyeuristic?
trying to figure out who it is? The rain on the window and the sparkly dress?
All I know is that I find it beautiful, maybe that's reason enough...

I think this may be Kate Moss in the picture, please correct me if I am wrong.

Ring-a-ding-ding

Photobucket

When I was in Manila I sort of went on this crazy ring hunt, to find dark and
and crazy designs. I searched high and low to find rings that could fit my skinny
fingers. Thank goodness that the ring-dom God was able to shed light on the
above four pieces.

I hope you all have a great weekend :)

Diamante rings from People are People, Skull and face from Rockwell Powerplant. I can't remember the
name of the store but it is next to my good friends, street wear store, GreyOne Social.

Madonna: The Girlie Show World Tour 1993

Photobucket

I was 9 years old when I went to that concert with my mother and sister.
It was my first concert.
I was very excited to go. It was November the 19th 1993.
I wore my Wrangler denim jeans and denim jacket (of course they didn't match),
white sneakers, my Flik Flak watch and my black train driver hat. I was cool.
My gay older cousins show was canceled to later date and I remember he
had a major bitch about it. He is Madonna's No #1 fan.
My sister and I sang our little hearts out.
We bought concert t-shirts, which we still have somewhere.
Oh, the memories.

Wrangler denim jacket and jeans, Nollie T-shirt, Flik Flak watch, Converse white sneakers, Madonna Erotica album.

I wish I went to Coachella

If you went, tell me how awesome it was ;)

372...... Why do you make smoking look so cool?

372 is the amount of posts I have not read via Bloglovin. Not having internet at home (yes, London is home for
now) keeps me out of touch with the blogs I enjoy reading. Alas, everything is solved.
I did read all the 372 posts and today we finally had internet installed at our place.
All six of us are anti-social at the moment.

So I leave you with this.... I like this editorial from Dansk.
Why does she make smoking look so cool? I'm not in a hurry to take on the habit... neither should you ;)

I missed out on this exhibit: The Selby and The Cobrasnake @ Monster Children Gallery

Photobucket

Photobucket

Holy smokes. I am annoyed.
Why is it that when I leave Sydney artists that I love come to town. I am bummed that I missed
The Selby & Cobrasnake exhibition... arrgghhhh. Did any of you attend? Was it good or bad. Give
me the low down.

What makes it worse is my favourite bands are going to be in Sydney too. The Kills and The Kaiser Chiefs... damn damn damn it....

Come on London-Town, blow my mind with your pure awesomeness in my depressed state.
