Skate and Shoes

Learning to Skate
Ferry

(Photos shot by me)

I took these images during Outpost last November- December. It was lovely to see Cockatoo Island  transformed into an art space celebrating street art. If you've been following my blog for a long time, you'll know that street art is one of my favourite forms.

The top photo was taken in the learn to skate area for kids. It was so cute to see little ones on decks, you could see a fearless determination on their faces, a trait that sadly, we sometimes lose in jaded adultness.
That's what I love about children, their frankness and fearlessness. The last photo was taken on the ferry back to Circular Quay, the best way to see the harbour and to be sprayed by sea water while waves crash on the boat.

You have such a nice eye when it comes on taking your photographs! I am so jealous about your visit on Iceland. I really would love to visit that country for the longest time! I hope we can keep in contact here in blogger, I really am enjoying your little space here! Sorry for my delayed reply, I became a bit lazy updating my blog. Its really great receiving motivating replies! xx
