I just saw my friend, who is in the army. He is getting deployed to Afghanistan later this year. I had tears in my eyes when he told me. I'm so scared for him. But I know he will come back safely. God speed.
He has only been in the army for less than a year, but has climbed the ranks and has done extremely well. I find it amazing and very couragous...... He is only 19 years old......
