*EDIT* Doppelganger: Alexander Wang SPR2010 and Daria

When I saw the A. Wang hairstyle for his Spring 2010 collection, I remembered this old entry
I posted of Daria Werbowy.

*EDIT*
I received a comment from Libby of FashionConfectionairy in regards to tips on creating the below hairstyle.
I have never written a hair tutorial post before, so why not start now eh? Here
is my tips....

Step 1: Spritz sea salt spray to dry hair and scalp.
(I spray it on one day old dry hair because, for me, it gives me a lot more texture. I use Wella
High Hair Ocean Sprizz; it has great texture and you can create awesome volume).

Step 2: Tip your head upside down, blowdry hair; scrunch with your hands to create texture
and volume.

Step 3: Once dry, part your hair to the side and start to create a loose plait. Secure with a
hair tie.

Step 4: Lightly spray with hairspray to keep it in place.

That's my tutorial... I hope that helps you all....

Oslo

A group of friends and I traveled to Oslo for the weekend.
We were lucky enough to have one day of sunshine because it poured on Sunday.
There were so many cute little kids in Oslo, I just wanted to pinch all their adorable little faces.

Thinking about Ash and Ink

I have been MIA the last couple of weeks, so apologies for the lack of posts.
Lately, I have been thinking about Ash in this editorial. I love photographs that are double/
triple exposed. It's plane old fun and I am thinking of doing it again with the boy, that's if he
lets me.

I stole the Ash images from someone's blog...And I can't remember who's blog it was.
More importantly, I am not sure who photographed the images. If anyone knows...
let me know so I can properly source it.

I also have been thinking about tattoos lately... well it's on my mind pretty much 24/7.
I just love em. I think they are the most beautiful pieces of walking art ever. Boys with ink
make me swoon. haha. especially sleeves and inner arm ones. Droooool.

Tattoo artist Angelique Houtkamp is simply amazing. I bought one of her fine art pieces for
the boy as a Christmas gift a few years ago. I definitely want to collect more of her work.
She is brilliant.

Cobra is the snake

When I look at photographs that I like and love I tend to over analyze. It's my Virgo
OCD personality and I'm too bloody pensive for my own good.

'The rule of thirds' is what they say makes a good eye pleasing photograph (feel free
to debate that statement).
I reckon this photo has those elements and that's why I like it. I also like the red/ orange
elements; neon sign, her painted nails, splashes of it in her head band, orange witches
hats. I also like how the yellow tape in the foreground sort of breaks up the image,
I feel as though it gives it depth. And of course, the girl is bloody beautiful.

Coco

When people comment on my blog, I normally see if they have a blog and write back.
So Coco wrote a comment and I did the aforementioned.
Not only is she a fellow Aussie girl, Coco also has a cool blog that she shares with a girl
named Amanda.

But my reason for posting her photo from her blog, is because, the photograph is beautiful
and I believe she has the most amazing face.
